SEN Support Workers
Across Surrey
Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available
Competitive Pay

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Support Workers to work across schools and specialist provisions throughout Surrey.

You will support children and young people with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support, assisting with behaviour management, and helping pupils access learning in a safe and inclusive environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN

  • A calm, patient and resilient approach

  • Strong communication skills

  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
