Nursery practitioner - Ealing - full time - CACHE level 2/3 required

We are currently recruiting for a full time nursery practitioner to work within a nursery in the Ealing borough. This position will be working 40 hours a week, varying hours from 8 - 5pm to 9 - 6pm.

The nursery?

The privately owned nursery has recently received a 'good' rating from Ofsted. Being commended for their team management and control over each student's progression. The nursery has around 60 students enrolled, with a busy nursery it is run by a number of different members of staff. Accommodating to 1 year old's through to 5 year old's they have areas designated for each age group - utilising outdoor space to allow them to be curious and develop their hands on experiences.

The role?

The full time role will involve working 40 hours a week, usually 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm. You will be working with a number of key children, all at different stages. This will involve providing feedback and development updates to parents and ensuring their progression is documented. Some students may be going through a statement or undergoing their assessments, this will involve some extra care and sensitivity with the parents and students.

Ideal candidate?

  • CACHE level 2 or 3
  • Experienced within nurseries
  • Open to working with a variety of students
  • A valid DBS or willing to apply for one
