Teaching Assistant wanted in Penzance to work alongside a teacher in providing an excellent level of encouragement for the new intake of young minds.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Assist small groups of children with activities inside and outside of the classroom.
- Work closely 1:1 with children with additional needs.
- Supporting children in their activities that help with educational and personal development.
- Working alongside the Teacher to help the children at lunch time as well as learning time.
Qualifications/Experience:
- GCSE in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above
- A level 2 childcare related qualification
- At least 3 months previous experience Nursery Assistant
- Experience working with children in a relevant environment such as;
- Sports Coach
- Youth Worker
- Lunchtime Assistant
