Teaching Personnel is thrilled to partner with a welcoming and vibrant primary school in the NP11 area to recruit a Nursery Assistant who is caring, creative, and committed to nurturing young learners.

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn. You'll be involved in:

• Supporting and delivering stimulating nursery activities

• Encouraging positive behaviour and early learning milestones

• Helping to manage daily routines and adapting to children's needs

• Collaborating with other staff to support each child’s development

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care

✅ What We’re Looking For

We're seeking candidates who are:

• Enthusiastic about working with young children

• EWC Registered (Education Workforce Council)

• Hold a Child-Only DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

• Able to provide two professional references from the last 24 months
