  • Model and promote emotional regulation, resilience, and positive social behaviours
  • Support staff across the school with behaviour management tools and approaches

About You:

You are calm, empathetic, and resilient. You understand the importance of structure, clear communication, and consistent support when working with neurodiverse learners.

Essential:

  • Proven experience supporting children or young people with ASD
  • Solid understanding of behaviour management and intervention techniques
  • Background in education, youth work, care, psychology, or SEN support

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. SEN, psychology, behaviour, education)
  • Experience in a school or specialist provision
  • Team Teach, MAPA, or similar de-escalation training (training can be provided)

What We Offer:

  • Full-time, long-term role starting September 2025
  • Competitive daily rate (based on experience)
  • Supportive school environment with excellent staff collaboration
  • Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities
  • A meaningful role where your impact is truly felt
  • Easy access to the school via public transport or road links within the NP11 area
