With the last few weeks of the academic year upon us, Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of schools across the Teesside area to support with their September Teacher recruitment drive. For passionate Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) Teaching Personnel will work to get you placed for the academic year of September 2019 within one of the many schools that we work in partnership with.

Teaching Personnel can offer:
- Start Dates: September 2019
- Position: Long Term positions available for various subjects
- Pay Rates: Up to £600 per week dependant on experience
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- Full or Part time roles to fit around your lifestyle
Newly Qualified Teacher Roles to include:
- Plan, prepare and teach lessons for all student ability ranges
- Assess pupils learning through homework and parents evenings.
- Create a positive teaching environment
- Possess strong classroom management skills to control discipline and behaviour
- Staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
- Support Year 6 to Year 7 transition period in September
As an employer we are looking for NQT's that are dynamic individuals with the drive and ability to enhance pupil learning in an effective, inspirational and creative manner. As a newly qualified teacher you should bring multiple teaching methods than can be adapted to suit a variety of learners.
