Non Verbal Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school based in Merseyside. The primary School in Dingle require a 121 Teaching Assistant supporting a non verbal pupil until July 2021, 5 days per week mornings only 

You will be based in a primary school working with a young student in reception with special educational needs. You will be required to support inclusivity in the classroom and work with the class teacher. You will also need to use your knowledge of working with non-verbal students to support your 1:1, this is where MAKATON and PECS would be a great advantage.

You must have previous experience working with young people who are non-verbal and have experience in the last 2 years working in either education or special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
