Newly Qualified Teachers – Stockport

Are you currently studying for your PGCE? Are you an NQT looking for a September role?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting NQT’s and Final year PGCE students for NQT roles commencing in September 2021. If you are coming to the end of your studies or are looking to complete your NQT placement this September, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We are currently looking to recruit current and future NQT’s who have completed their teacher training in a variety of subjects. From core subjects like Maths, Science and English, to Humanities, Art and Design, Design and Technology, Physical Education and more.

We currently work with secondary schools across Greater Manchester and are currently seeking applicants from the Stockport areas of Stockport town, Bredbury, Romiley, Heaton Chapel, Cheadle Hulme and the surrounding areas. We work both with training schools and mainstream secondary schools that are looking NQT’s to bring on in the new academic year.

Candidate requirements:

  • Newly Qualified Teacher with NQT and QTS status
  • Completed teacher training via PGCE or otherwise (e.g. ITT, School Direct)
  • Full time availability from September 2021 (8:30 – 3:00, Monday to Friday)
  • Placement/ school-based references with no safeguarding or disciplinary concerns
  • Child workforce DBS certificate on the update service/ willing to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
