Are you soon to be a Primary Teacher (NQT) looking for your first teaching role?
Are you excited by the prospect of working in a good graded Primary school, to support you through your NQT induction year?

As the new Primary Teacher (NQT) you will be teaching a class based on your skills, experience, and personal preference. The school are fortunate in having excellent facilities which support them in providing the highest standards of education. As a Primary Teacher (NQT), you will have interactive whiteboards at your disposal, a large reading corner and a really enthusiastic graduate TA.

In this Primary Teacher (NQT) post, you will be getting to grips with your new position and adapting to a new school with the help of a caring and dependable outstanding teacher who will act as your mentor. The successful Primary Teacher (NQT) will benefit from a tailored induction programme and immediate access to excellent CPD.

The school are keen to meet a Primary Teacher (NQT) who has made outstanding progress throughout their Initial Teacher Training. The ability to build lasting relationships with teachers, senior management and the wider community is vital for this Primary Teacher (NQT) role.

This traditional, OFSTED good primary in Northampton, has on-site parking available and is easily accessible via public transport. There is a higher than average number of EAL and SEN children at the school and all members of the school work incredibly hard to provide the best environment possible for these pupils. The teaching staff at this school get on very well and work as a close-knit team.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
