Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Work closely with other teaching staff to promote effective teamwork.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching at the primary school level.
- Passion for working with children and enhancing their educational experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Commitment to the school’s ethos and values.
