Teaching Personnel are the leading supply agency in the UK, working with the most Schools and nurturing the most candidates to find them day to day work and longer term opportunities for the future. At Teaching Personnel we recognise an individual Teacher for their own skills and specialisms and match them up with Schools where they can thrive. We understand each Teacher is different and we strive to work with your needs and best interests as our primary focus. We have a specific NQT training package to enable you to feel even more prepared for your position in September as we appreicate that some of your training may have been cut short. We are forward thinking and have put together this bespoke training to offer for free to you.

As an organisation we like to stand out with our high levels of candidate care, we put you at the heart of everything we do and value you for the amazing contribution you can bring to us. We reward that contribution with constant support, a dedicated consultant who will get to know you and your preferences, an extensive range of CPD courses to sharpen your skills (heavily subsidised or in some cases free through our partner company), competitive salary paid direct to your account weekly (through PAYE without umbrella companies) and access to 100s of Schools in which to hone your career direction toward where you want it to be.

If this sounds like your kind of organisation, we would love for you to be a part of the team.

All we ask for in return is the ability to travel to local Schools (within 30 mins), a little flexibility, good availability to work in a range of Primary School settings (at times- due to the nature of day to day work - this may be at short notice) and a willingness to work to the best of your ability and an influential part of childrens development.

Supply work does not need to be limited to day to day work, we deal with many longer term and permanent placements, and can use our relationship with Schools to actively seek out your ideal opportunities for career progression. Take the first step today and click 'apply now' for a quick consultation and to begin the registration process or call 01482 908010. We eagerly await your contact.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
