Who We’re Looking for?

  • Experience supporting children, young people, or individuals with special or additional learning needs, either in education, care, or community settings
  • Resilient, patient and understanding attitude
  • Support pupils with personal care, mobility, and sensory needs where required.
  • Ability to deliver consistent 1:1 and small group support during lessons and daily activities tailored to individual pupil need
  • The ability to implement strategies to manage and de-escalate behaviour effectively
  • A commitment to encouraging the pupil’s engagement, confidence, and emotional development
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
