Flexible Supply Teacher – Halewood (L26)

About the Role

We are looking for adaptable and dedicated Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools in Halewood and the surrounding area. This flexible role involves covering classes across KS1 and KS2, including planned absences, emergency cover, and same-day requests.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 as required
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Ensuring learning continues seamlessly during the class teacher’s absence
  • Being available for morning calls and short-notice assignments
  • Working confidently across a variety of local primary schools

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from teachers who are:

  • Newly qualified (ECT) or fully qualified, eager to broaden their experience
  • Confident delivering lessons from supplied plans
  • Reliable, flexible, and comfortable with day-to-day or morning-booked roles
  • Positive, engaging, and quick to build rapport with pupils and staff
  • Passionate about supporting learning in a variety of school settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
