Newly Qualified Teacher - Boston

To help support Newly Qualified Teachers, Teaching Personnel has launched an exclusive Newly Qualified Teacher Pool. This means that all 350 Recruitment Consultants across England and Wales will be working in partnership with Schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts to secure you your first teaching role for September 2020. 

How Does it work?

To support newly qualified teachers who have had their final placements disrupted and to help support Schools who are seeing a reduced local authority support, we are using our national reach and position as the UK’s largest education recruitment agency to ensure hundreds of NQTs find their perfect role for September. Working exclusively with a number of Special Needs Schools, puts us in a unique position to help you start your teaching career in Special Needs.

What’s more, once we have secured you a job, we will provide you with additional professional development support to help you succeed as you enter the teaching profession. This includes Autism Awareness, Child Psychology, Mindfulness, Promoting Positive Behaviour, Classroom Management and many more!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
