Newly Qualified Teachers - Secondary - Derby and Derbyshire
Salary – competitive/market rates of pay
(Main pay scale after 12 working weeks)
Salary is dependent on experience, training and/or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position – PGCE/ QTS
From September 2020
Teaching Personnel are looking to speak to newly qualified teachers who are looking for daily, short term or longer term work across Derby and Derbyshire. Teaching Personnel are working closely with client schools in looking ahead to the new academic year in September. Schools are looking for both full time teachers as well as support staff to join their teams in September.
The role:
The desired newly qualified teachers' will be working with pupils, with a wide range of ability levels. Most of the roles are temporary, but some have the opportunity to become permanent.
Requirements:
To be considered for the roles, you will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding children and young people. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
