Teaching Assistants Required – Sunderland | Summer Term with September Continuation

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking two dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Newcastle              , starting in the summer term with the opportunity to continue into September.

This is an excellent opportunity for committed and adaptable individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils both on a 1:1 basis and within the wider classroom environment.

The Role:

• Provide targeted 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Assist the class teacher with general classroom support
• Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Contribute to effective behaviour management strategies

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Be confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
• Be patient, proactive, and adaptable
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ learning
