CACHE Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant

If you hold a NVQ Level 3 or NCFE CACHE Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification and are looking for a long-term role in Greater Manchester areas such as Rochdale, Tameside & Stockport then Teaching Personnel has a great opportunity for you!

  • CACHE Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant September 2021 start
  • GBP66-75 per day, depending on experience and qualification – school hours and term time
  • One to one and small group work

The majority of support this role will provide will be based across Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4, helping to support students in Years 7 to 11 to close any gaps in knowledge that may have been created during lockdown.

To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role you will need to have:

  • NCFE CACHE Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and experience
  • Knowledge of the KS3/KS4 Curriculum
  • Experience working in the school environment [essential]
  • Previous experience of working with children with either ADHD, complex needs, Autism & some challenging behaviour.

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks and you must be happy to make the initial payment for the check. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
