The Head Teacher of a smaller than average, mixed secondary school in Leyland is looking to appoint a passionate Teacher of Music. He is looking for this Teacher to have fresh new ideas, to keep the young generation excited and inspired about the Music industry and the importance of the world of performing arts. The school is close to the centre of Leyland, with plenty of public transport links, as well as on site parking for those who drive. The school are commended for having a small community feel, creating a family like atmosphere.

You must hold QTS and have a relevant Music related Degree - NQTs are welcome to apply!

You will be joining the Department with one other Music Teacher who is also the Head of Music and Drama - you may have to also fill in some lessons of KS3 Drama, when the Drama Teacher is away on Thursday mornings. There is a chance for you to gain a permanent school contract depending on performance in the Autumn term.
