MFL Teacher
Job description
A well-established and high-achieving secondary school in Salisbury is looking to appoint a passionate and engaging English Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time position, suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to make a positive impact in a supportive school environment.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated English department that values creativity, collaboration, and high standards. You will be responsible for delivering a broad and stimulating English curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love of literature, language, and communication in the classroom.

The role will involve:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in English Language and Literature

The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant English degree

Have a sound knowledge of the English curriculum at KS3 and KS4

Be a confident and reflective practitioner with strong classroom management

Demonstrate enthusiasm for literature and language

Be committed to nurturing a positive and inclusive learning environment
