Teaching Personnel are pleased to offer the role of Modern Foreign Language Teacher, specialising in French starting January 2023 until the end of the academic year. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic French teacher to teach KS3 and GCSE languages.

Our client is an 11 – 16 mixed comprehensive school located in Glossop, the school was scored ‘good’ by its most recent Ofsted report, the report states the leadership is ‘good’ and they have ‘clear vision of their objectives and standards.’

The pupil’s behaviour was described as ‘impeccable, both during lesson times and social times.’ With the school celebrating its diverse and multicultural population. Our client is looking for someone to show and inspire its students through learning a new language.

Skills our client is looking for:

  • Experience with Spanish and/or German preferred but not necessary.
  • Good subject and curriculum knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt teaching style to ensure students with different ways of learning are accommodated.
  • Comfortable teaching students with various SEN requirements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
