Maths Tutor - Bolton

If you are a Maths tutor or are a recent graduate of Maths and based in Bolton, please see below;

With additional requirements for Maths tutors across Bolton, Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit a Maths tutor in preparation for the new academic year in September.

Maths Tutor

  • Maths tutor required in a number of secondary schools in Bolton
  • Tutoring students at GCSE level who may need additional support in Maths
  • Competitive daily pay rates
  • Working initially on a temporary basis with the prospect of a permanent role
  • Flexible work tailored to your availability

If you are a Maths graduate wishing to complete a teacher training course, or an experienced Maths teacher aiming to take a step back from full class teaching then this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be working alongside students helping them to prepare for their exams, working with students on a 1:1 or taking small groups of students that may otherwise be falling behind in class. It is important that you are a calm and patient individual who has a real interest in pupil development and their achievement in class.

Graduates and aspiring teachers will also have the opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers, providing lesson cover or working as a Teaching Assistant. This step will be fully supported by your placement school and by Teaching Personnel.

Whilst working within our client schools, you will work closely with the Heads of Department to deliver resources to pupils who aren't currently achieving their expected grades. This is a rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to have a real impact on pupil's development and learning.

If you are a Maths tutor looking for work in the new academic year then please do not hesitate to get in contact with the Manchester West Secondary branch and send a CV via the contact details below;
