Maths Tutor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maths Tutor to join our team in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in teaching or tutoring maths and a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality 1:1 or small group maths tutoring

• Assess student needs and develop tailored schemes of work

• Deliver engaging, accessible, and personalised lessons

• Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

• Maintain clear communication with parents/carers and support teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience teaching or tutoring maths

• Proven experience working with SEN students

• Strong knowledge of the UK maths curriculum (KS2–KS4 preferred)

• Ability to assess, plan, and deliver differentiated lessons

• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
