TP Tutors is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Maths teachers to provide focused one-to-one tuition to GCSE students in the Nottinghamshire area. We are looking for individuals who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification with a specialism in Mathematics.
• Possess proven experience in tuition or education, specifically at the GCSE level in Mathematics.
• Are confident in working with students of varying abilities and levels of understanding in Maths, including those who may struggle with specific topics or mathematical reasoning.
• Have a strong understanding of the GCSE Maths curriculum and assessment objectives across different tiers.
• Possess a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and are committed to creating a safe learning environment.
• Hold a valid DBS check and are subscribed to the update service.

As a GCSE Maths Tutor with TP Tutors you will:

• Provide focused, one-to-one tuition in GCSE Mathematics.
• Deliver engaging sessions in public libraries or at the student's home with guardian supervision.
• Adapt your teaching methods to cater to individual student needs, focusing on areas such as algebra, geometry, statistics, and problem-solving.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that builds confidence and a genuine understanding of mathematical principles.
• Make a tangible impact on a student's mathematical skills, grades, and overall confidence with numbers.
