Maths teacher - Teacher of Maths

Are you a qualified Maths teacher looking for work in the new academic year? Would the opportunity to teach Maths (KS3/4/5) in an outstanding school appeal to you? Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in the Trafford area, due to a late staffing change they have a requirement in September for a Teacher of Maths on a full time basis.

"We are in search of a Maths teacher to start in September and join our wonderful team of practitioners. Due to an unexpected change within our staffing, we have a vacancy in the new academic year and welcome applications from Maths teachers of all experience levels. Our school has outstanding behaviour and an extremely supportive leadership team, newly qualified Maths teachers will be given full support towards their NQT year, with weekly CPD which is widely recognised. There is an opportunity to teach KS5 Maths for successful applicants (if desired) however KS3/4 Maths teaching is the compulsory requirement", Head of Maths.

  • MPS 1-6 in line with the teacher salary (£22917 - £33,850)

Situated in Trafford, this is a truly outstanding secondary school with an excellent reputation in the area for high standards. The last Ofsted inspection praised leadership and teachers who have "excellent subject knowledge", as a result of high levels of teaching pupils respond well and disruption in lessons is minimal.
