Maths Teacher - Rochdale

Are you an experienced Maths Teacher looking for your next role from September 2019? Do you want to work in a 'Good' secondary school in Rochdale?

Teaching Personnel are working alongside one of our partner schools in Rochdale who are seeking to appoint a Maths Teacher for a September 2019 start. This exciting post at an Ofsted rated 'Good' secondary school is initially a fixed term contract for the duration of the 2019/2020 academic year, with the potential of the perfect candidate earning a permanent contract to commence from the following September.

  • Full time Teacher of Maths from September 2019
  • Fixed term contract for the duration of the academic year
  • Potential for the successful candidate to earn a permanent contract
  • Dual Faith 'Good' secondary school in Rochdale
  • Pay in line with MPS and UPS (ÂŁ23,720-ÂŁ39,406)

Our partner secondary school is located in the Heywood area of Rochdale, and is a dual faith RC and CofE mixed comprehensive which is smaller than average with fewer than 700 students currently enrolled. Located close to the M60 Outer Ring Road, this Ofsted rated 'Good' school is accessible from a range of areas across Greater Manchester, and has an excellent reputation within the local community.

As a Maths Teacher at our partner school, you will be joining a department that is passionate about reducing the workload of teaching staff through collaborative planning and marking. Prospective candidates should have the ability to plan and deliver highly engaging lessons to a range of different learners including those from a disadvantaged backgrounds and students with Special Educational Needs.
