Maths Teacher - Oldham

Are you a qualified Maths teacher looking for your next role from September 2019?

Teaching Personnel are currently working with one of our 'Good' partner schools in Oldham who are seeking an inspirational and motivational Maths teacher to join the department for the new academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your career at a supportive and inclusive secondary school.

  • Full time Teacher of Maths from September 2019
  • Initial one year placement, with a strong chance of earning a permanent contract
  • 'Good' secondary school in Oldham
  • Pay in line with MPS and UPS (ÂŁ23,720-ÂŁ39,406)

Our partner secondary school in Oldham are graded 'Good' by Ofsted and have an excellent reputation within the local community due to years of consistently strong GCSE results. The school is located just a short drive from the M60 Outer Ring Road, and has good public transport links. Our partner school is both popular and oversubscribed, with around 1500 pupils currently enrolled.

As a Maths teacher at our partner secondary school prospective applicants should have:

  • QTS and relevant qualifications
  • Experience teaching Maths to both KS3 and KS4
  • An ability to inspire children from a range of backgrounds and of different abilities
