Maths Teacher

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Supply Maths Teacher for a partnered secondary school in Basildon, Essex area. The position available is covering maternity leave, full time and to starts ASAP/Easter.

The pupils are aged between 11-16 and therefore you will be expected to teach GCSE Level.

Your role will include teaching Maths to children in Key Stage 3 and 4. You will maintain a classroom which requires you to build positive relationships with the students. You must be confident within your teaching skills as you will be required to teach Mathematics at GCSE level.

Ideally you will have:

• A degree/ NQT/QTS status
• Has previous maths teaching experience
• Excellent knowledge in Maths
• Are confident leading a Key Stage 3 and 4 class including GCSE level
• Have good time management skills
• Have a genuine passion for teaching children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
