• Part time (0.6) Maths teacher, required from December 2020.

• Teaching Maths up to KS4 Level.
• Pay in line with MPS/UPS GBP25,714 - GBP41,604, pro-rata.

Located at the heart of Salford, the school currently serves just over 700 pupils aged 11 – 16. The Maths department is highly successful and pupils achieve well in line with national averages at GCSE. The department boasts access to several state of the art laboratories all fully equipped with modern resources based within newly refurbished facilities.

Roles and responsibilities include;

• Ensure all individual lessons are planned and prepared adequately including the appropriate use of relevant resources.
• Adopt a forward thinking approach and plan lessons in line with Schemes of Work, in accordance with the new curriculum (1-9).
• Mark class work for pupils in order to track and monitor progression and understanding.
