One of our partner schools has an upcoming vacancy for the new academic year. The position for Maths Teacher within this RCT Secondary. This is a fixed term post for the full school year. The position has the potential for the successful candidate to become permanent. As a dynamic Maths Teacher you will feel comfortable using a variety of teaching methods and enjoy pupil development in all abilities within the school.



The School and Position

-Position starting in the new academic year – September 2017

-Maths teacher for secondary school pupils aged between 11-19

-Medium sized school with over 600 pupils

-Strong presence within the community

The successful Maths Teacher and the role:

-Hold QTS status including NQT’s

-Show a passion for teaching and the capabilities to teach mixed abilities

-The understanding and the ability to work with children with challenging behaviour

-Registered with the Education Workforce Council

-The suitable candidate will have strong subject knowledge as this role does require detailed awareness of the national curriculum

-Positive record of student development, subject knowledge and classroom behaviour management skills are essential
