Exciting opportunity for an individual looking for a new challenge in September within the Maths department.

  • Full-time Maths teacher.
  • Required to start in September 2021 for the full academic year with the potential to continue further.
  • Secondary school in Bolton.
  • Possibility of permanent contract for successful candidate.
  • Experienced and newly qualified Maths are urged to apply as all induction support will be given.
  • Paid to scale point (GBP25,714 - GBP41,604).

Our client secondary school is based in Bolton and has around 850 pupils on roll. The school has kept its good reputation for many years and has been graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted. The school also has a strong behaviour policy and this is recognised in their Ofsted reports alongside their clear plan for keeping pupil attainment high.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching a full Maths timetable across Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Supporting pupils at varying levels of learning and ability.
  • Full planning and marking responsibilities.
  • Attending parents evenings.
  • Working alongside the Maths department to ensure all pupils have the correct support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
