"Within our Maths department we are consistently achieving outstanding grades and are currently seeking an outstanding practitioner to join us on a full time basis. With us having mixed ability classes the teacher should be able to recognise the importance of differentiation for those that are gifted and talented and the need to provide support for pupils with educational needs, therefore they will need to use a variety of teaching strategies to keep students engaged and challenged. As a department we welcome both newly qualified and experienced Maths teachers to apply for the post as support will be given." Head of Maths
