Maths Teacher
Stockport

January 2020 start – earlier if possible

Teaching Personnel are looking for a talented and highly motivated Maths teacher to join our academically successful client school from January 2020.

  • Full time KS3 and KS4 Maths teaching post commencing January 2020 – earlier if possible
  • Salary to reflect MPS/UPS (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490)
  • Introduction to a highly reputable and over subscribed school in Stockport - rated within the top 20% of similar schools nationally
  • Opportunity to earn a permanent school contract

Due to a gap in staffing, our successful client school in Stockport now have an exciting opportunity for a Maths teacher to join their department from January 2020. The successful teacher will join our client school in January and will be required on a full time basis until the end of the academic year.

The successful Maths teacher will join a dedicated Maths department and will be responsible for teaching lessons across KS3 and KS4. We are looking for an outstanding teacher of Maths who has excellent subject knowledge and will be able to motivate students through inspirational teaching. Our client school was rated within the top 20% of similar schools nationally and has consistently achieved excellent exam results year on year. We are looking for a motivated, inspirational teacher who will strive towards achieving the best results for all students.  

Our client school is a highly reputable and Ofsted graded Good secondary school located in the borough of Stockport. The school is located a short drive from the city centre within a commutable distance from the surrounding areas including Tameside, Cheshire and the Peak District. Our client school has just fewer than 800 pupils on roll and has 100 members of staff who ensure that the best teaching, learning and overall opportunities are provided for all students.
