Mathematics Teacher – Secondary School | South West London
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across South West London to recruit qualified Mathematics Teachers for exciting opportunities starting in September.

Whether you are an experienced Maths Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school where you can inspire students and contribute to strong academic outcomes.


About the Role

  • Teaching Mathematics across KS3–KS5 (depending on experience)
  • Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that promote a love of learning
  • Supporting students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
  • Planning, marking, and assessing in line with school policies
  • Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
  • Using assessment data to monitor progress and inform teaching strategies
  • Contributing to departmental development and school improvement initiatives
  • Opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis

Essential Requirements – Please Read Carefully

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
✔️ Degree in Mathematics or a related subject
✔️ Experience teaching Mathematics within a UK secondary school
✔️ Strong subject knowledge across the Maths curriculum
✔️ Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
✔️ Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
