Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well-respected, inclusive secondary school in Havering. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team in September 2025.
The school is part of a growing and supportive multi-academy trust, known for its commitment to professional development, academic excellence, and staff wellbeing. You’ll be joining a high-performing Maths department with a reputation for strong GCSE results and a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities depending on experience)

Promote a positive classroom culture that supports the progress of all learners

Track and assess student achievement, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs

Contribute to department planning, enrichment activities, and wider school initiatives

Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards in teaching and learning

All applicants must have QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications suitable for the UK.
Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. While the position is permanent, alternative arrangements may be considered for the right applicant.
