Teacher of Maths – Shape Young Minds with Numbers
Full-time | Maternity Cover (Two Terms) | October 2025 Start
Location: Salisbury
A well-established secondary school in the heart of Salisbury is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to cover a period of maternity leave from October 2025 until July 2026. The successful candidate will teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 and play a key role in promoting numeracy throughout the school.

Role responsibilities include:

Teaching Maths across the full ability range from Year 7 to Year 11

Contributing to department planning, assessments, and moderation

Using data effectively to support student progress

Supporting intervention programmes and challenge for more able students

Participating in enrichment activities such as Maths Challenge or STEM Club

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
