Maths Teacher - Newport, South Wales.

In the heart of Newport, a popular and thriving Secondary School is on the hunt for a Maths Teacher to start after half term. This position will be until August 2024, and the school welcomes applications from full time or part time applicants.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Maths Teacher who is keen to add value to an expanding Maths Department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive results across all subjects.

The school are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It is an exciting time at the school!

Salary : £30,742 - £42,465

Contract until August 2024.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining.
  •  Must be confident teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths
  • The ability to teach KS5 is desirable but not a requirement.
