The PWR team at Teaching Personnel, in partnership with a number of schools across Manchester and its environs, are actively seeking qualified and passionate Maths teachers to undertake permanent teaching roles in the new year.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and execute dynamic and engaging Maths lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities.

  • Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess and provide constructive feedback to students, enabling their academic growth and development.

  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Maths curriculum in alignment with national standards.

  • Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, providing them with insights into their child's academic progress and achievements.

  • Extra-Curricular Involvement: Actively participate in and contribute to extra-curricular activities, fostering a holistic educational experience.

Requirements:

  • QTS: Possession of Qualified Teacher Status is essential for all applicants.

  • Experience: Both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators are encouraged to apply.

  • Passion for Maths Education: Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Maths and fostering a love for the subject among students.

  • Effective Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
