Maths Teacher

We are hiring qualified maths tutors to deliver tuition in schools across Doncaster and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for delivering small group Maths tuition to students, who are working below expected levels and those who are struggling to access full time education, helping them reach their full potential and reinteragrate into school. 

The role:

• Deliver small group Maths tuition
• Plan and prepare tuition sessions
• Complete post session reports for each group
• Academic Year 23/24
• Part time

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in teaching Secondary Maths up to GCSE
• UK recognised QTS in secondary education
• An understanding and knowledge of the Maths National Curriculum 
• Experience teaching small groups and the ability to create engaging lessons
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
• A passion for helping students succeed and a commitment to their growth and development

As a tutor, you will play a crucial role in the success of the National Tutoring Programme and the students you work with.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
