Maths Teacher - Croydon
The PWR team are looking for an inspiring and highly motivated Maths Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in the borough of Croydon. This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive Maths department with a strong track record of success and a commitment to innovative teaching practices. You will be instrumental in fostering a love of mathematics among students.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5, catering to a range of abilities. You will be expected to contribute to curriculum development, utilise assessment for learning strategies, and support students in achieving their full potential in the subject. A strong subject knowledge and passion for Maths are essential.
We welcome applications from both experienced Maths teachers and newly qualified teachers who are looking for a challenging and rewarding role. The school offers excellent professional development opportunities. This role is on the Outer London pay scale. A Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) could be offered for a candidate with the experience and drive to take on additional responsibilities within the department.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
