At This South Cambridge School we are looking for a fully qualified Maths teacher, to start ASAP from Monday - Thursday to the end of the academic year.

Job Duties:

  •  Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons to students according to the curriculum.
  •  Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  •  Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
  •  Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational resources and teaching strategies.
  •  Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behaviour.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field

Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience using technology in the classroom

 

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Maths

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
