Full-time Maths Teacher

Blackburn, Lancashire

Monday 15th April 2024 start date

About the role:

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and inspirational in the classroom and will make a substantial contribution to the further development of this Ofsted graded ‘GOOD’ school. You must have the qualities to motivate and inspire the students, and bring out the best in them, teaching both KS3 and 4.

You will have strong classroom management skills, excellent subject knowledge and the ability to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students. The ability to monitor and track the progress of students through data is essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of the Maths team.

ECT candidates should have completed a PGCE or SCITT course and be looking to secure a good school to start their ECT induction. As standard, we offer ongoing CPD both in-house, covering all aspects of teaching, learning and leadership.
