Maths Teacher – North Birmingham

We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in North Birmingham who are looking to appoint a passionate and committed Maths Teacher from January 2026, or sooner for the right person.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-resourced department in a school that prides itself on high standards and a strong sense of community. The leadership team are supportive, behaviour is good, and students are keen to learn.

The role:

• Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4

• Full-time, long-term position (with the potential to go permanent)

• Planning and delivering engaging, challenging lessons

• Working collaboratively with a friendly and experienced Maths department

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school

• A teacher with good classroom management, clear communication, and enthusiasm for the subject

• Someone who can build positive relationships with students and staff alike

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
