Location: East Lancashire
Days: Monday to Thursday
Pay: Dependent on skills and experience
Contract: Maternity cover – Full academic year
Are you a resilient, committed, and engaging Maths Teacher looking for a rewarding challenge? We are seeking a dedicated educator to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision in East Lancashire to cover a maternity leave for the full academic year.
Working with pupils who present challenging behaviour, you will need excellent behaviour management skills, a strong sense of humour, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience working within an SEMH or alternative provision (preferred)

Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively

Flexibility, resilience, and a positive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
