Our client, a well-regarded mixed secondary school for students aged 11–18 located in Braintree, Essex, is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher (ECT) to join their welcoming and forward-thinking team from September 2025. The school is dedicated to providing high-quality education within a supportive and aspirational learning environment.
About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and potentially KS5, depending on your experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed ECT to start their career in a school that prioritises professional development and offers a well-structured induction programme.
You will be supported by an experienced department and a knowledgeable mentor who will guide you through your first year in teaching, helping you to develop your classroom practice, confidence, and subject expertise.

What They're Looking For:

A qualified Maths Teacher (or due to qualify by July 2025) with QTS

A passion for mathematics and a desire to instil a love of the subject in students
