Due to an upcoming gap in their Maths department, our client school in Oldham have a need for a qualified Maths teacher to join them on a full time basis, for an open vacancy in the school.

- Easter 2018 start, full time Maths teacher required

- Well facilitated secondary school situated on the Oldham/Manchester border

- Ofsted judged Leadership and Management to be 'Good' in most recent inspection

- Opportunity to secure fixed term position for 2018/19 academic year

Our client school is a large, modern secondary school which moved to a purpose built site in recent years, allowing the students in the local community to benefit from outstanding provisions for learning throughout. The school is located near the M60, and boasts excellent public transport links from Manchester city centre with nearby tram and rail links, as well as on-site parking for all staff members. Since moving to the new site, the behaviour in students has been consistently improving along side the standards and expectancies of the students.

"We're looking for a skilled Maths teacher to join us from Easter and take on a timetable for the remainder of this academic year, mainly teaching at Key Stage 3. This post has arisen due to a gap in the department, and we've got the opportunity to facilitate any NQTs wishing to complete any of their induction year."

Requirements of this position as a Maths teacher

- PGCE or relevant teaching based qualification specialising in Mathematics

- Previous experience teaching Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and 4

- A willingness to contribute to the wider scale development of the Mathematics department
