Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons tailored to a range of learning styles.
  • Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment that promotes mathematical reasoning and problem-solving.
  • Identify pupils’ strengths and areas for development, offering targeted support where needed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create meaningful cross-curricular learning opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A strong passion for mathematics and excellent subject knowledge.
  • Experience teaching mathematics at primary level.
  • Creative and engaging teaching strategies that inspire pupils.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, pupils, and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
