KS1 Class Teacher - Wavertree

Job description

A well regarded Primary School in the Wavertree area are looking for a full-time Class Teacher to be appointed from September to cover the entirety of the academic year. The role itself is open to both ECT`s and Fully Inducted Class Teachers, so will prove to be an excellent opportunity if you are looking to further develop your teaching practice within a supportive setting.

The School itself is Ofsted rated "GOOD", with a well-regarded SEN provision base, and inclusive curriculum offering. As such, this would also be highly beneficial for a professional who is looking to become involved with all aspects of School life, including curriculum planning and extracurricular clubs/activities.

What School are looking for:

  • Strong KS1 curriculum knowledge, including a strong understanding of phonics.
  • Experience with SEN, including utilising differentiated lesson materials within the classroom setting.
  • Experience with KS1 phonics screening.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
