Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant

Join an outstanding secondary school in Tameside seeking to appoint a Maths Graduate Teaching assistant to join their Mathematics department on a full time basis from the end of March.
This is an excellent opportunity for any graduates who are considering a career in teaching.
The successful Maths Graduate will be responsible for:
- Offering in class support to students across years 7-11.
- Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis in the Maths department.
- Working directly alongside the Maths teacher to develop lesson plans and activities.
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis.
This popular secondary school is located in Tameside and is easily accessible from the surrounding areas including Stockport and the High Peak. Due to the school’s academic success, it has become highly reputable in the area. This successful school has excellent state of the art facilities for all staff and students.
