Mathematics Teacher

Permanent opportunity to work within a well established Mathematics department from September 2020 or sooner.

Our client secondary school is based between Salford and Bolton, and is currently in the process of recruiting for a full-time Mathematics teacher to join their team from September 2020 or sooner if possible. Due to a staffing restructure, the school have an open gap for either a newly qualified or experienced Mathematics teacher who will support the school on their journey to achieving excellence. This position is a permanent role, and if an earlier start date is available – the school will pay a retainer over summer.

The successful Mathematics teacher will be responsible for teaching across Key Stage Three and GCSE and will lead on planning, delivery and assessment. The school will offer CPD, opportunities for progression and additional benefits to the successful Mathematics teacher. With recent refurbishments, the incoming Mathematics teacher will have access to state of the art facilities and open learning spaces to deliver interventions and group work.

Located between Salford and Bolton, this large mixed secondary school has over 1000 pupils. The school can be accessed via the M61 and A580 from the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester. For candidates who do not have access to their own transport, the school can also be accessed via public transport links from neighbouring areas including Bury, Bolton and Wigan.
