Job description

Work in Specialist Schools – Full-Time Opportunities

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate staff to join our agency and work full-time in specialist and SEND schools.

If you enjoy helping children and young people overcome challenges, build confidence and achieve their goals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Positions available include:

  • SEND Teaching Assistants
  • Classroom Assistants
  • Learning Support Assistants
  • One-to-One Support Staff
  • Behaviour Support Workers

The ideal candidates will have:

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people
  • Patience, empathy and a positive approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A professional and dependable attitude
  • Previous SEND or school experience is beneficial, but not always essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
